Founder & CEO- Karri NRV Kishore Kumar

Inspired by his family’s courteous and charitable ways, NRV Kishore Kumar was motivated to serve and help all those in need. He witnessed his grandparents and parents distributing food and helping those in need. This inspired him to get involved in charitable events ever since he was a child.

In his early years, he organized Blood Donation Camps, provided Food, distributed Bedsheets and Blankets by saving his own pocket money. Aspiring to serve mankind through charity, he founded the Mother Theresa Welfare Foundation of India and intended to follow in the footsteps rendered by Mother Teresa. Working without any donations, the foundation has been functioning on its personal charity. An avid Dance enthusiast, he has been raising funds for the charity by conducting Dance Classes and organizing Cultural Events.

1994 to 2008

Dance lover, Kishore Kumar utilized this talent to teach dance and train students. He utilized the money he earned from his dance classes for his education. Having come across Mother Teresa’s book, he was inspired by her charitable ways and decided to conduct charities on his own. Needing money to organize and conduct charities, he organized different cultural events and utilized the money he made from it to organize Charitable Events. He started by conducting charities on a small scale in the Vishakha District. He was an active part in all cultural activities in Schools, Colleges, Annual Day Programs, Scouts, NCC, NSS, etc.

He began conducting charities at the street level during his early childhood days with his friends and then took them to the district level. They then went on to register a youth association in 1998 and began charity events that ran on their pocket money. His friends moved on with their lives, but he chose to stick to his generous ideals. He has always been extraordinary in extracurricular activities such as Cricket, Classical Dancing, Swimming, Skating, Kho-Kho and Martial Arts. This helped him secure his position in the Railways, but he continued to simultaneously run his cultural activities by training students who participated in popular shows on channels such as E-TV, Gemini and so many more! The Indian Skaters Dance on Gemini TV, choreographed by him, was the first to air in India on Gemini TV. He had also actively participated in the Swachh Bharat, energy conservation celebrations.

Playing a crucial role at work, he has never compromised on his charities due to his work priorities. He conducted charities during weekends and his services were recognized by his seniors who fully supported and backed him through all his endeavors. Taking his charities and initiatives to every state in the country, he has been applauded and appreciated by Central Ministers, Chief Minister, Lok Sabha Speaker, Governor, Chairman of Railway Board, Judges, Ministers, Vice Chancellor, State Ministers, IAS, IPS, GM’s PHODS, DRM, HOD of Railways, MPs, MLAs, etc. and all Media Channels, Newspapers and other Organizations as well.
